Communication is extremely important to us, so part of the process will be to set up a Slack channel for each of our clients when they sign up. This channel is the fastest and best way to keep in touch. We get requests to utilize other programs, but due to the sheer volume of communication we deal with on a daily basis, we have to keep it in a single location. If you absolutely don't want to use Slack, no problem. We will just need to limit communication to email only. Thanks and we are looking forward to working with you.

If you are not already approved with Google for the Ad Grant program, there are certain steps you need to take to get verified and approved. We have listed these steps below to make it as easy as possible. We understand the process is a little tedious and we will help you where we can. They just won't let us do it for you. Contact us if you have additional questions.

  • Your organization must be enrolled in Google for Nonprofits.
  • Your organization must have a website that reflects your mission
  • Your website must be secure with HTTPS
  • Your website must comply with all Ad Grants website policies


To Sign In,


  • Go to Google for Nonprofits
  • Click Get started under Google Ad Grants
  • Enter the website your organization will use for Ad Grants
  • Click Submit website to check if your website is secure
  • Complete the Ad Grants eligibility form
  • Click the checkbox confirming you have completed the eligibility form
  • Click Submit activation request to submit your activation for review
  • Do NOT create a Google Ads account. When activation is complete, an Ad Grants account will be provided.



  • After Verification is completed, send an email to adgrants@proshark.com to let us know you are approved and then provide us with the information below to get started,
  • The website you submitted with your Google Application
  • The Target Location (City, Zip Code, Audience Demographics) where you want your ads to show

    To maximize success, we will need to work together closely. An Account Manager will interface with you to measure and refine your campaigns. Your involvement in controlling the process will be crucial. 

  • What type of reporting will the I receive/what metrics are you focused on to gauge “success”?

    We have the flexibility to create customized reports as we develop the platform. Initially, we'll provide standard reports and continue to customize these as we grow. Eventually, we will have a full suite of reporting available to you. Additionally, we will help you define the metrics that will help drive success based on your specific requirements. 

  • Who is going to be responsible for managing the inbox, sending out replies, providing reporting, etc?

    Our team will manage and respond to one-off traffic that comes in, but the primary focus will be directing leads to landing pages and links. It is the responsibility of your sales funnel to convert the leads once they reach the landing pages. We can discuss additional services like developing landing pages or funnels if needed. 

  • Maybe the price will go down if I wait.
